Booking: confirmation will be made after receiving 30% of the total amount, via bank transfer or PayPal payment. The remaining amount will be paid, via instant bank transfer, PayPal or cash, on the day of the excursion. After the balance, the regular invoice will be issued.
Cancellation: free cancellation within 48 hours prior the beginning of the tour; a 50% cancellation fee will be applied with a notice of less than 48 hours prior the beginning of the tour.; the tour will be paid in full for no show.
Languages: tours are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 participants in each language; tours are arranged in different languages, it is possible to share a vehicle with people of different nationality.
Modification of Itinerary: due to force majeure Etna Passion can change the itinerary, guaranteeing, however, the length and quality of the service.
